mitutoyo dial gauge.calibrated using our proprieaty tool. we guarantee precise and correct spoke tension, including berd, carbon and titanium spokes





Spoke Cutter

spokes are cut thread-rolled to exact specification with 0.5mm lenght accuracy. we OPERATE both KOWA and CYCLUS spoke cutters to ensure consistent and professional grade results. 






De-stressing

Performed using pneumatic kraken tool.

Every wheel built in our workshop undergoes a controlled stress-relief process, with applied pressure up to 200kg per side. this ensures long-term stability, proper spoke tension settling and max structural integrity

        Changes in CarbonOne store
