Build details

This project represents the very top end of what the BlackCat workshop can deliver. Every component was selected with a clear goal: to create a wheelset that combines maximum performance, ultra-low weight and a level of finish rarely seen even among premium custom builds.

At the core of the build are wide Duke WRX rims with a 28 mm internal width and a 42 mm depth, perfectly aligned with the latest gravel trends and optimized for modern wide tyres up to 50 mm. The result is improved tyre support, stability and confident handling across mixed terrain.

The NonPlus hubs are finished in a gold pearl ceramic coating and fitted with Enduro Zero ceramic bearings, one of the highest-end bearing options available. To elevate the visual identity even further, two spokes in each wheel are finished in the same gold ceramic tone, creating a subtle but unmistakable signature detail.

Design
