Terms & Conditions

 

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    The terms and conditions of using the services of the Blackcat wheels are defined in this document, hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions".
    The sole proprietor of the CarbonOne web store is:

  2. PRICE LIST FOR PRODUCTS OFFERED BY CarbonOne store:
    All prices in the CarbonOne store are given in PLN or EUR and include VAT. We attach a proof of purchase to every shipment. If you require a VAT invoice, please specify it in the order form. Orders from outside the European Union will be reduced by VAT amount.

  3. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS / SALES.
    Promotional offers presented by the CarbonOne store are valid until stocks last. We reserve the right to refuse to process your order if stocks run out.

  4. PLACING ORDERS.
    We only accept orders placed with the form available at the CarbonOnee web store. If there are any mistakes or illegible information in the order, it will not be processed. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will be processed on the next business day. The client (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") must provide a telephone number and email address, to which he will receive order confirmation. Unconfirmed orders will not be processed.

  5. ORDER COMPLETION AND SHIPPING.
    Orders will be shipped to the Buyer's address specified in order form. If an invalid address is provided, we reserve the right to charge the Buyer with additional costs arising from the necessity to ship the order again.
    Acceptable order collection forms:
    - Shipping by courier.
    - Personal pick up after an appointment.

    The time of delivery of the ordered products within the territory of Poland is visible on product site, starting from the first business day after our account is credited, both for bank transfer and payment by card. If the selected products are unavailable, we reserve the right to extend the time of delivery after notifying the buyer. BLACKCAT WHEELS - TOMASZ GOMÓŁKA shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery for causes attributable to the courier company performing the shipping.

  6. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING METHODS
    You can pay for your order, depending on the Buyer's choice:

    1. bank transfer to the Seller's bank account
    2. via payment card:
      1. Visa
      2. Visa Electron
      3. MasterCard
      4. MasterCard Electronic
      5. Maestro
    3. via a payment platform:
      1. Płatności Shoper
      2. PayPal
    4. In cash at the workshop

    Online payment service provider for card payments is Blue Media S.A.
    If you choose to pay via a payment platform Płatności Shoper, the online payment service provider is Blue Media S.A.
    If Buyer chooses to pay in advance, the order must be paid for within 2 Business Days of placing the order.
    Seller informs that in case of some payment methods, due to their specificity, payment of the order by this method is possible only directly after placing the order.

    The entity providing online payment processing for fast bank transfers is PayPro S.A.

    Shipping prices:
    - free in Poland
    - 49 EURO in European Union
    - shipping outside of this area will be priced individually

  7. RETURNS
    If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded remotely within 14 days of receipt of the order.

    You can withdraw from the contract by submitting to us a declaration of withdrawal by e-mail sent to the address: shop@carbonone.pl

    Product must be returned immediately, within 14 days from the day on which you withdrew from the contract, to the address:

    Cost of return shipping is paid by Purchaser.

    Remember that the consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract, e.g.
    in relation to a contract in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs.

  8. COMPLAINTS
    In case the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to complain about them under the warranty. The complaint should be submitted to the e-mail address: shop@carbonone.pl.

    As a condition for warranty services, the defective product must be sent back with a description of the complaint, warranty card and proof of purchase by the Purchaser via courier service to the Guarantor's address:

    Cost of return shipping is paid by Purchaser.

    In connection with a defect, you may demand:

    • replacement of the item with a defect-free one,
    • removal of the defect,

    or make a statement about:

    • price reduction,
    • withdraw from the contract - in the case of a material defect.


    We are liable to you for defects found before the expiration of two years from the date of release of the product.
    Time to file a complaint from the time the defect is discovered is one year.
    We will consider your complaint (respond to it) within 14 days from the date we receive the product.

  9. WARRANTY
    Detailed information is described in the WARRANTY.

  10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
    We would like to assure you that the CarbonOne store limits the collection and processing of personal data required for the provision of mail order services to the necessary minimum. These data are not disclosed to third parties - we use them only to process your orders.
    The personal data are retained and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The controller of the Buyer's data collected through the Web Store is the Seller. The personal data of Buyers collected by the controller through the Web Store are collected - in accordance with the Buyer's will - only for the purposes of performing Sales Agreements or Electronic Service Agreements as defined in the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Polish Journal of Laws Dz.U. of 2002 no. 101, item 926 as amended). The Buyer has the right to access, rectify and delete his data. Requests to this effect can be submitted in electronic form to the address shop@carbonone.pl 

    The provision of personal data is voluntary, however if you do not provide data required to conclude a Sales Agreement, we will be unable to conclude it. The data required to conclude a Sales Agreement are specified each time before concluding such agreement on the Store website.

    By registering at CarbonOne you agree to receive advertising materials from CarbonOne.

  11. LOYALITY PROGRAM
    For each order you place, you receive loyalty points. The number of points is calculated automatically by the system based on the order value.
    1. For every 100 PLN spent, you receive 10 loyalty points.
    2. For subscribing to the newsletter, you receive 10 loyalty points.
    3. For adding a product review, you receive 10 loyalty points.
    4. Points are awarded only for paid orders. In the event of order cancellation, the points will be deducted accordingly.
    5. Loyalty points do not expire.
    6. Collected points entitle you to the following discounts:
      • 1% - 500 points
      • 2% - 1,000 points
      • 3% - 1,500 points
      • 5% - 5,000 points
      • 10% - 10,000 points
