- Company BLACKCAT WHEELS - TOMASZ GOMÓŁKA with registered office at: Ogrodnicza 34A 51-180 Szymanów PL herein referred to as the ‘Warrantor’ offers warranty on its products for material and manufacturing defects. This warranty extends to the original buyer, herein referred to as the ‘Purchaser’ and is non transferable.
- The Warrantor offers warranty for two years from the date of purchase.
- All wheels provided by Warrantor have an intended and limited purpose. If they are used outside of that purpose, warranty is voided and Warrantor won't held any responsibility for damage or injury that may occur due to misuse.
- Any manufacturer or assembly defects must be proven by purchaser prior raising warranty claim. Regular service and checks are responsibility of purchaser.
- Not covered under this warranty are the following:
- Wheels that have been modified, neglected, or poorly maintained.
- Wheels where improper brake pads have been used with rim brake carbon rims.
- Wheels that have been jet washed or hosed under high pressure.
- Wheels that have been damaged in shipping.
- Wheels that have been used for commercial use.
- Wheels improperly installed or improperly repaired.
- Any labor costs associated with the removal, replacement or reassembly of the product.
- Normal wear to the product. Components may have symptoms of wear in less than 6 months depending on the amount of use, type of use, and other conditions such as terrain, weather, rider weight, accidents, etc. This includes marking/jamming of alloy freehub bodies by steel cassettes. This includes products that have reached the end of their normal life expectancy.
- Personal injury or damage from causes such as a user’s lack of skill, judgment, use of incorrect tools, competence, or experience are not covered under this warranty.
- Please note that this Warranty refers only to the workmanship that is covered here and we are not responsible for any warranty costs involved in any defects which may arise in any components during normal use. Within their manufacturer’s guarantee period, these components should be returned to the manufacturer but it is up to the customer to make the decision to pursue a warranty claim and pay any costs involved.
- In order to provide any warranty services, you must provide a copy of the purchase, warranty card, and claim description. Purchaser covers shipping costs.
- Warrantor has 14 days to process the claim, counted from the day of receiving wheels. In case the warranty claim is accepted, wheels will be repaired or replaced and sent back using shipping service pre-paid by the Purchaser
- Warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend any rights of consumers arising out of non-conformity with a sales contract.
