Crash Replacement
- If you damage one CarbonOne wheel in a crash, the cost of repairing one wheel will be a maximum of 25% of the price of a new set on the day the defect was reported.
- If you damage two CarbonOne wheels in a crash, the cost of repairing one wheel will be a maximum of 50% of the price of a new set on the day the defect was reported.
- In both of the above cases, Purchaser covers the shipping costs of Wheels to us and return shipment.
- The exact valuation of repair costs will be presented after the Warrantor receives the wheels(s).
- The program applies to the first owner only for three years from the date of purchase.
