RETURNS

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded remotely within 14 days of receipt of the order.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting to us a declaration of withdrawal by e-mail sent to the address: shop@carbonone.pl

Product must be returned immediately, within 14 days from the day on which you withdrew from the contract, to the address:

Cost of return shipping is paid by Purchaser.

Remember that the consumer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract, e.g.
in relation to a contract in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs,

 

COMPLAINTS

In case the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to complain about them under the warranty. The complaint should be submitted to the e-mail address: shop@carbonone.pl.

As a condition for warranty services, the defective product must be sent back with a description of the complaint, warranty card and proof of purchase by the Purchaser via courier service to the Guarantor's address:

Cost of return shipping is paid by Purchaser.

In connection with a defect, you may demand:

  • replacement of the item with a defect-free one,
  • removal of the defect,

or make a statement about:

  • price reduction,
  • withdraw from the contract - in the case of a material defect.


We are liable to you for defects found before the expiration of two years from the date of release of the product.
Time to file a complaint from the time the defect is discovered is one year.
We will consider your complaint (respond to it) within 14 days from the date we receive the product.
