NonPlus PRIMARO SP
Leave feedback on the product
The PRIMARO model is the first and flagship hub model from NonPlus. NonPlus entered the market relatively recently with the mission of creating ultra-lightweight hubs. Despite their very low weight, these hubs have a reputation for durability, and the fact that they are used in professional Tours provides additional confidence in their reliability.
The hub shell is surprisingly well designed, with the rear left flange offset by 36 mm from the hub center. The ratchet is loud but provides virtually instantaneous engagement.
The manufacturer allows spoke tension up to 120 kgf, which is remarkable for such a lightweight freehub body. Other manufacturers, at a similar weight, typically recommend a maximum tension of 100–110 kgf.
NonPlus was also the first company to introduce the “M4” model, which features threaded spoke holes, allowing the use of carbon spokes such as Vonoa.
